Bob is considered to be one of the most effective and trusted financial recruiters in the industry. Prior to forming Benchmark Search, he spent 7 years with a leading international placement firm where he consistently finished in the “top ten” rankings of producers worldwide.

The list of clients that Bob has worked to develop span a variety of industries including, leasing, consumer products, financial services and manufacturing.

Bob has held various positions with Ford Motor Co. and Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation prior to his entry into the search profession. He has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Sacred Heart University.

A lifelong resident of Connecticut, Bob resides with his family in Newtown, CT
