Prior to forming the Benchmark Search Group, Steve spent 9 years with one of the world’s largest Recruiting firms specializing in the permanent placement of accounting and financial individuals. As a Director of Permanent Placement Operations, Steve successfully led a team of managers while consistently ranking as a top producer for the company worldwide. While forging strong relationships with senior Financial and Human Resource professionals of diverse industries, Steve became a source and a specialist in the areas of accounting and financial recruitment.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Oneonta State University. Prior to his career in financial recruiting, Steve was a Controller for a real estate management company where he handled all corporate accounting and financial activities.

Steve’s foundation in accounting and vast knowledge of the staffing industry will provide the building blocks necessary for leadership of the Benchmark Search Group.
