Prior to starting Benchmark Search Group, Mike spent 14 years with a leading international search firm specializing in placement of accounting and financial professionals. Mike was a consistent top producer and the architect of the top performing recruiting team in the world. Concentrating his business in the Tri-state area has enabled Mike to establish long standing loyal relationships with a wide array of clients in various industries.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pace University. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Mike held various positions in advertising both domestically and internationally.

Mike resides in Ridgefield, CT with his wife and 2 children.
